I recently bought these products and i feel very happy about it, the book is really good I'm learning so much about how detoxified my house my body how to choose the best food and so much more I also got the staying young workout DVD I really like it because it doesn't require a lot of time to do one session 16 minute each workout so I don't feel bored. I definitely recommend these two items.

Great for beginners

The YOU Staying Young workout is great for those of us who are beginners. I am not in very good shape and do not exercise consistently but I found I could do the exercises on this DVD easily. It might not be challenging enough for those that exercise daily.
